Terms of Service

1. Service Description

MyGround.ca provides subscription-based lawn maintenance and snow removal services exclusively in Edmonton's West End. Our $188/month subscription includes scheduled services and access to our AI assistant, Mowjo.

2. Subscription Terms

• Monthly Rate: $188/month, charged automatically
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• Service Area: West Edmonton only. Services outside this area may be declined.
• Weather Delays: Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 3 attempts. All fees are in CAD.

4. Demo Accounts

Free demo accounts include 10 Mowjo AI messages and expire after 7 days. No lawn services are included with demo accounts.

5. Property Access

By subscribing, you grant us permission to access your property for scheduled services. You must notify us of any access restrictions (gates, dogs, etc.).

6. Liability

We maintain liability insurance for property damage during service. Claims must be reported within 48 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage or damage from improper property maintenance.

7. Service Quality

If you're unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours for a free re-service. We stand behind our work.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
